The head office of Allied International is located in Vascellino di Nibbiano, Alta Val Tidone, Piacenza, Italy, from where the company provides integrated services to the Group’s manufacturers, so as to support the efficiency of the supply chain and operations, the development of the commercial network and the constant availability of volumes, ranges and quality.

Warehouse
Allied International, through its main warehouse, integrates the whole cycle of raw material procurement, manufacturing and stock management on one site.
The warehouse is located in Castel San Giovanni, Piacenza, Italy, on an area of 100,000 sqm and is part of the plant which also includes, on a total area of 351,000 sqm, the new factory of Tectubi Raccordi.
The warehouse manages the Group’s stock of finished products, uses the most modern integrated logistics technologies, and offers customers an immediate overview of the product range and prompt delivery service.

The plant
in Castel San Giovanni
Allied International and Tectubi Raccordi have built a large plant in Castel San Giovanni, Piacenza, Italy, on a total area of 351,100 sqm,(55,000 covered) including manufacturing and warehousing facilities.
The warehouse, with an area of 100,000 sqm (28,000 covered) handles the Group’s stock and makes use of modern logistic technologies in the industrial sector. This allows Allied International to offer the client an immediate view of the whole product range, thereby guaranteeing a prompt delivery stock service.
The Tectubi Raccordi factory, with an area of 251,000 sqm (25,000 covered) is dedicated to the production of seamless and welded mandrel elbows in carbon and alloy steel up to 56”, reducing elbows up to 24” and all kinds of large size fittings up to 120” with a yearly capacity of 30,000 tonnes.
A mandrel machine, with a length of 66.5 mt, width of 7 mt. and the max. working force of 1,800 tonnes, as increased production capacity by 60%.
Unique in Europe, and probably in the world, this machine is able to deform a tube of 13 meters and to produce elbows with a diameter up to 56” and a wall thickness of 2”, with a heating capacity of 850° for 11.5 tonnes of material per hour.A new 5000 sqm building intended for nucleatr production is also nearing completion, which includes a heat treatment furnace, a quenching tank, a Mandelli Spark 1600 robotic work center and an area
for penetrant liquids, washing and cleaning of nuclear pieces
