OMC 2019 – Ravenna, Italy, 27-29 March

39OMC 2019 (Offshore Mediterranean Conference & Exhibition) took place in its customary location, Ravenna’s Pala De André, on 27, 28 and 29 March.

This edition surpassed all expectations, as shown by the numbers: 23,400 visitors, 600 companies exhibiting, 33 countries represented, official delegations from Egypt, Libya, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.
Allied Group enhanced by the three companies newly acquired by the Group (Industria Meccanica Bassi Luigi S.p.A., SIMAS S.p.A. and Interfit S.A.S.), exhibited two particularly interesting products (bends clad in weld overlay, and cladded welded pipes starting from clad plate) which attracted a lot of attention throughout the event. In addition, numerous meetings with various operators in the sector created the foundation for new and profitable relationships to reinforce and consolidate further our presence in the offshore market.
