EGYPS 2019 – Cairo, Egypt, 11th-13th February

Allied Group has taken part for the third year running at the Egyptian Petroleum Show (EGYPS). The event comprises 13 national pavilions, 400 exhibitors including 8 national oil companies and 16 international oil companies, 33 technical conferences with over 200 speakers, everyone in one place sharing the same common interest: to discuss the opportunities evolving in the Egyptian and North African energy arena.

One of the main reasons why Allied Group decided to attend again is the fact that Egypt has recently signed 12 new petroleum and gas exploration agreements with international oil companies (IOC) for various territorial concessions, and that, in 2018 alone, there were 61 new discoveries of petroleum and gas.

With the help also of the new companies of the Group (Industria Meccanica Bassi Luigi S.p.A., SIMAS S.p.A. and Interfit) Allied Group therefore aims to expand further its share of the Egyptian market and to strengthen its own leadership as a “one-stop shop”.
