PGE 2026 – Piacenza, Italy, 4-6 February

The fourth edition of Pipeline & Gas Expo (PGE 2026), organized by Mediapoint & Exhibitions, took place in the halls of Piacenza Expo from 4 to 6 February 2026. The reasons and objectives behind Allied Group‘s participation in the event were summarized in this interview with ADN Kronos, given by Renato Velli, Executive Management Consultant at Allied Group.
“We are a European leader in the production of fittings and special pipes, with Allied International as the parent company and several manufacturers acquired over the years, including Tectubi Raccordi, Raccordi Forgiati, Gieminox, Bassi Luigi, Simas, Petrol Raccord, and the French companies Interfit and BSL. In addition to Mandelli, a jewel of mechatronics based in Piacenza.
This exhibition allows us to engage with a very specific segment: gas transmission, a strategic sector that is already looking to the future through blending, meaning the combined transport of gas and hydrogen.
Among the most important projects we have supplied are TANAP, the pipeline that starts in Azerbaijan and crosses Turkey, and TAP, which continues the route toward Italy’s Adriatic backbone via Greece and Albania.
For Allied Group, being present at PGE means strengthening relationships in a niche market with a focus on innovation, sustainability, and operational efficiency. We are optimistic; we have already welcomed our first clients.”
