TUBE DÜSSELDORF 2016 – Düsseldorf, Germany, 4th-8th April
The 2016 edition of Tube Düsseldorf was once again a high-quality trade show, both in terms of exhibitors and of visitors.
With over 51,100 sqm of exhibition space, Tube put on display the whole range from production through manufacture, treatment and sale of pipes and fittings with a total of 1,278 exhibitors from 51 countries.
Germany, Italy, Turkey, France, Poland and the Netherlands were the most represented European nations, while most of the overseas exhibitors came from the US, India, South Korea and China.
Almost 70,000 visitors passed through its doors during the 5 days of the exhibition.
However, there was a definite decline in numbers compared with 2014, above all from the Middle East and Asia in general inasmuch as the spending review period, which has been making itself felt all round the world, has penalized visitors especially from the furthest away countries.
The presence of Allied Group was, yet again, most positive and useful, both for consolidating existing relationships and for creating new ones, thus confirming Allied Group as an important reference point for the whole piping and fittings sector.
The 150 sqm stand on 2 floors, mounted as usual in pavilion 1, this year was celebrating the 15th anniversary of the Group’s foundation. For the occasion the new corporate video was projected onto the videowall and a multimedia touch screen presentation was set up, both of which attracted a lot of welcome attention.
